Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. whipping cream
    dash of salt and pepper
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Rinse and scrub potatoes, pat dry and prick a few times with a fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut a thin slice off the top. Carefully scoop out the pulp and put in bowl.
