Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boned, skinned chicken breasts, halved
    1 tsp. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. chopped parsley (can use dried)
    1 tsp. margarine (optional)
    1 egg, beaten
    flour (for coating)
    crushed corn flakes (for coating)
Preparation
    Pound the chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Roll up and dredge through flour, 1 beaten egg and then crushed corn flakes.
    Line in a shallow pan, seam side down. Let stand overnight or at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
    When ready to bake, pour 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth over meat, carefully not disturb the crumbs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil, baste with liquid and cook 1/2 hour longer.
    Serves 4 to 6.
