Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
-
Mix the first 7 ingredients.
Place in greased oblong pan. Crush corn flakes; mix with oleo.
Spread flakes on top of potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
