Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can of kraut
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 small can of pimento
1 c. of sugar
1/2 c. of vinegar
Preparation

Run cold water over kraut and drain well.
Mix everything except sugar and vinegar together.
Mix sugar and vinegar, stirring to dissolve sugar; pour over mixture and mix well.
Keep refrigerated and serve well chilled.
