Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 tsp. salt (rounded)
    4 common crackers, rolled fine
    1 egg
    1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place crackers in plastic bag and roll fine with rolling pin. Sprinkle salt over hamburg.
    Cut in with spoon and mix in one cup of milk.
    Add cracker crumbs.
    Mix in.
    Add one egg, beaten, and 1/2 cup milk.
    Mix well.
    If too dry, add a little more milk. Bake in glass bread pan or greased bread tin.
