Cherry Confetti Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 box confectionery sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream margarine, adding sugar gradually until well blended.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat eggs one at a time into creamed mixture.
    Alternately add flour and baking powder and milk to above creamed mixture.
    Fold in nuts and cherries.
