Beaufort Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. shrimp per person
    1/4 lb. smoked sausage per person, cut in bite-sized pieces
    corn on cob
    water
    Old Bay seasoning
    lemon
    onion
Preparation
    In large pot, combine water, Old Bay seasoning, sliced lemon and sliced onion.
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Add sausage.
    Boil 30 minutes.
    Add corn; boil 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp; boil 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp are pink.
    Serve with baked or boiled potatoes.
