Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 recipe pie crust for 9-inch single shell
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add to softened butter, mixing well.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
