Layered Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1/2 or less onion, chopped
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into small pieces and distribute evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread celery, eggs, peas, green pepper, onion and bacon over the lettuce.
