No Fat Chicken And Asparagus Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast (trim fat and cut into 1/4-inch slices)
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ginger wine
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    white pepper to taste
    1 to 2 lb. asparagus, peel (remove scale, wash and slant cut)
    1/2 to 1 c. carrot flowers or slices
    1 tsp. salt to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, sugar, ginger wine, soy sauce and white pepper.
    Stir in chicken.
    Marinate 1/2 hour.
    In frying pan, bring broth to boil.
    Add asparagus and carrot.
    use high heat until asparagus changes color.
    Bring broth to boil.
    Remove vegetables to platter.
    Bring broth to boil.
    Add chicken until done.
    Stir in vegetables and oyster sauce.
    Thicken with a little cornstarch, if needed.
