Potatoes Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns, defrosted (Ore-Ida)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping Tbsp. diced onion
Preparation
-
Mix soup, sour cream, butter and cheese.
Heat together until cheese is melted.
Add onion and potatoes to soup mixture and mix well.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
