8-Minute Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    2 ready graham cracker crusts
    extra strawberries or blueberries
Preparation
    Beat cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
    Fold in Cool Whip, blending well.
    Spoon into pie crusts.
    Chill until set, at least 4 hours.
