Easy Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 diced potatoes
    1 diced onion
    6 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    bell pepper, mushrooms, ham, sausage and cheese (you can use hash browns or whatever you have)
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Pour most of the grease off, but leave some in pan.
    Set bacon aside to cool.
    In same pan, add potatoes and onions.
    Cook until brown.
    Pour beaten eggs over mixture, then cook until almost set.
    Add crumbled bacon.
    Listed are some other ingredients you can use.
    We always use cheese.
