Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. mashed banana
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Place oil, banana and eggs into another bowl.
    Beat until foamy, about 3 minutes.
    Then fold liquid ingredients into the dry very gently.
    Thump pan to allow air bubbles to escape.
    Grease and flour pans (loaf).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
