Mexico Chiquito'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 heaping tsp. cumin seed
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    6 to 7 Tbsp. flour
    1 can Ro-Tel, diced
    6 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat; add all spices and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add flour and stir well, until a paste is formed.
    Add Ro-Tel and raise heat to medium.
    Add 1/2 of milk and stir until hot.
    Add chopped cheese and cook until melted (stirring frequently).
    May need to use a mixer to make smooth.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate.
