Ritz Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box Ritz crackers
    1 jar smooth peanut butter
    1 1/2 lb. white chocolate
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Spread peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers.
    Make about 65 crackers. Melt white chocolate and shortening in top of double boiler.
    Carefully dip peanut butter crackers into chocolate, covering them completely. Put on wax paper to cool.
