Chicken Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Dip chicken in slightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
    Place in frying pan in margarine.
    Brown and place in buttered casserole. Drain mushrooms and reserve juice.
    After frying chicken, add mushroom juice and equal amount of water.
    Saute in frying pan. Place a layer of chicken, top with 1/2 mushrooms and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat.
    Pour mushroom juice over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
