Ingredients

4 c. milk
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg.(4 serving size) vanilla or coconut cream flavor pudding and pie filling
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine cooked rice, milk, pudding mix and egg in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Cool 5 minutes stirring twice.
Pour into bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
