Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. tortillas (about 18)
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 1/2 cans milk
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Season to taste (salt and pepper, etc.).
    Dip tortillas in hot oil for 5 seconds to soften.
    Roll hamburger, shredded Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese in tortilla (about 1 tablespoon of meat).
    Line casserole dish with enchiladas.
    Pour sauce over, making sure it goes between enchiladas.
