Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 doz. eggs
    Dijon mustard
    2 large onions
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dice potatoes.
    Do not peel.
    Cook, drain and cool. Hard boil the eggs and mash (very fine).
    Chop the onions.
