Quick Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo or butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour (self-rising)
3/4 c. milk
1 large can fruit or 2 c. raw fruit
Preparation

Melt oleo or butter in deep baking dish; set aside.
Mix sugar, flour and milk.
Pour into baking dish.
Add prepared fruit (if canned, drain) on top of batter mix.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve warm.
