Snowy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 c. chopped (frozen) chives
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water; drain off most of water when potatoes are tender.
    Mash potatoes in large mixing bowl.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Beat at high speed with mixer until creamy and smooth.
    Stir in chives, then spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned, about 30 minutes.
