Honey Graham Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. graham flour or whole wheat
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening (room temperature)
    1/4 c. each: honey and oil
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. each: salt and baking soda
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together (3 minutes).
    Divide in half; place half on ungreased baking sheet (17 x 14-inch); flatten out and roll out, flouring glass so as not to stick to rolling pin or glass.
    Score into 2-inch squares.
    (Leave in place.)
    Prick all over with fork.
    Bake in middle of preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned.
    Remove and cut along scored lines while hot.
    Let cool on baking sheet.
    They crisp while they cool. Watch carefully when baking.
