Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 short crust pastry (pie shell)
6.5 oz. smoked bacon
2 oz. Gruyere cheese
3 eggs
1/2 qt. milk (non-skim)
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 pinches pepper
Preparation
-
Place pastry in pan.
Make some little holes with a fork in bottom of pastry.
Cover with slices of smoked bacon and add slices of Gruyere.
