Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, Wesson oil and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to mixture and stir in apples.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
This can be baked in a Pyrex dish.
