Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. nondairy coffee creamer
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper or to taste
5 medium potatoes
grated onion
Preparation

Mix all together. Sprinkle over 5 medium potatoes and 2 or 3 tablespoons grated onion in a 2-quart baking dish. Do this in alternate layers. Then add 1 1/2 cups hot water and 3 tablespoons butter. Make sure mixture is dissolved. If you need to, you can add a
little more hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender (approximately 1 hour).
