Cabbage Salad(3 Week Cole Slaw) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. shredded cabbage
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper
1 shredded carrot
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix cabbage, onion, green pepper and carrot.
In saucepan, mix sugar, vinegar, oil and celery seed, bringing to a boil.
Pour over cabbage and mix well.
Pour into airtight container.
This will keep about 1 month refrigerated.
