Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

Note:
One tablespoon of vinegar added to 1 cup milk, can be used in place of buttermilk.
