Hungarian Potatoes And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled potatoes, sliced
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix the bacon fat, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    In a greased casserole, layer potatoes, eggs and bacon.
    Top each layer with some of the sour cream mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
