Whip Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    dot of butter
    1 pt. half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    cheese (garnish)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes just until done, not too soft.
    Chill in the refrigerator.
    When thoroughly chilled, grate potatoes in 8 x 12-inch dish.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with whipping cream (unwhipped) and half and half.
    Cover with foil.
    Allow to refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
