Barbecued Alaska Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
    4 (4 to 6 oz.) salmon fillets
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except salmon.
    Generously brush both sides of salmon with mixture.
    Place salmon on oiled barbecue, flesh side down.
    Baste frequently while cooking.
    Barbecue flesh side about 2 minutes.
    Turn salmon over carefully.
    Baste with sauce.
    Make a tent with foil or if using a covered barbecue, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
