Pound Cake(Low In Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft margarine
3 egg whites or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
Preparation

Coat bottom of loaf pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Cream margarine and sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Add egg whites; beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
Add vanilla and almond extracts. Beat at low speed until blended.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
With mixer running at low speed, add to creamed mixture, alternating with yogurt, ending with flour.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until done.
