Marinated Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can French style green beans
1 (17 oz.) can Shoe Peg white corn
1 (17 oz.) can LeSeur green peas
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped and including tops
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. water
Preparation

Drain and mix all vegetables.
Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and stir until mixture boils.
Take off heat and let cool.
Pour over vegetables and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
Will keep a long time in refrigerator.
