Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar gradually, then oil, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple.
    Blend dry ingredients into first 6 ingredients. Add nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Nice and moist.
