Calypso Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. coffee ice cream
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled
1/2 c. butter
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Spread bottom of 9 x 13 pan with Oreo cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Chill in freezer. Spread softened ice cream over cookie crumbs. Chill in freezer.
