Chicken Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. herb-seasoned croutons, crushed
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite-size
    pieces.
    Dip\tin
    beaten eggs then in crumbs.\tFry in\thot oil until lightly browned.\tServe hot with dips.

    re-heated\tin
    oven. Makes about 4 dozen.
