Frozen Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. lard
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar; let set until yeast rises.
    Mix flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
    Add lard, mix until crumbly.
    Add buttermilk and yeast mixture; mix well.
    Knead 20 or 30 strokes.
    Place in greased bowl; let rise 2 hours.
    Push down and knead until smooth.
    Roll out 1/2 inch thick; cut out biscuits.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
    When frozen, place in freezer bags.
    Take out when needed, place in greased pan, put in cold oven.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Brush with melted butter.
