Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can spicy V-8 juice
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 to 3 carrots, chopped
    3 medium potatoes, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) top sirloin or London broil, cut in squares and browned
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot and cook approximately 4 1/2 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
