Grandma'S Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (regular, not Minute)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can water with bouillon cube (optional)
    chicken pieces or breast
Preparation
    Put uncooked rice in bottom of baking dish.
    Mix mushroom soup and can of water with bouillon cube and pour over rice.
    Place chicken on top of rice mixture and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
