Butter Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    1 stick margarine
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. butternut flavoring
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, shortening and margarine.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in cold oven at 325\u00b0 until it springs back when touched, about 1 hour.
