Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar marshmallow cream
2 sticks oleo or butter
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Melt oleo and cocoa and cool.
Blend sugar and eggs, add flour and pecans.
Add cooled mixture and vanilla.
Bake in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 375\u00b0 (350\u00b0 for glass) until cake tests done, between 25 to 30 minutes.
While still hot, spread marshmallow cream on cake.
Spread icing over marshmallow cream while still warm. Should be baked at least 1 day before needed.
Very rich!
