Dough For 12-Inch Pizza - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. oil (optional)
Preparation

Mix the yeast, salt and oil with the water.
Add this mixture to flour and mix well.
Cover dough and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
When dough is doubled in size, knead the dough briefly. Dough may then be rolled out or patted into a 12-inch pizza pan that has been greased.
Add desired toppings and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
