Easy, Crusty Cut Outs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 refrigerated pie crust
    flour
    cinnamon/sugar mixture
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425 degrees.
    Let crust soften to room temperature.
    Sprinkle a little flour on kitchen counter and place crust on top.
    Using whatever cookie cutters you like, cut out as many shapes as you can.
    You will need a rolling pin to re-roll extra pastry.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 10-12 minutes & cool on paper towels.
