Chocolate Bonbons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mashed potatoes (ready to eat)
14 oz. bag coconut
1 box 10x sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1 lb. Eagle Brand chocolate
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients (except chocolate) and refrigerate.
Roll in small balls and dip in melted chocolate.
Place on wax paper or cookie sheet until dry.
Store in refrigerator.
These are great for Christmas holidays.
Makes 5 dozen.
