Holiday Ham And Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
    3 Tbsp. Old El Paso chopped green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    crackers
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, deviled ham, scallions and chilies.
    Mix well.
    Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts.
    Wrap in plastic wrap; chill.
    Remove from refrigerator to soften slightly before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes one 2 cup cheese ball.
