Sugar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well.
    Slowly add milk and cream to make a smooth mixture.
    Cook until bubbly and thickened (I put in microwave 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally). Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and margarine.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
