Hamburger Potato Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. shortening
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 can tomato soup
    thinly sliced potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger in the shortening. Add the onion and celery.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Place hamburger in buttered casserole. Top with the tomato soup.
    Add layers of potatoes and top with the cream of mushroom soup. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
