Sauteed Zucchini-Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, scraped and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    2 small onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried, crushed
    zucchini
Preparation
    Saute carrots in oleo on medium heat.
    Heat 4 minutes.
    Add onions.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add zucchini, salt, pepper and basil. Cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Serves 6 to 8.
