Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, mashed
2 (14 oz. each) cans beef broth
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 to 2 c. water
Preparation

In skillet, brown sausage; drain well.
Add all ingredients to a crock-pot and stir well.
Cover and cook on low setting for 12 hours.
Taste for seasoning.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 6 servings.
