Mashed Potatoes(To Freeze) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes, peeled and boiled in salted water until done
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and mash or whip until fluffy.
    Add little milk if necessary.
    Put in containers suitable for self or family. Freeze.
    When ready to use, drizzle butter over top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 1 hour to heat through good at 350\u00b0.
